We finally have honey pulled and extracted. Yippee!!!  While we haven't extracted all of it yet, most of what we have right now is a honey we are calling Fall Clover. There were weather challenges this year that hindered our pulling honey when it is "traditionally" pulled, which resulted in naturally cured  honey that also includes some fall blossoms, such as fall aster and goldenrod. The fall blossoms give the honey a slight hint of  butterscotch. It is really yummy!!! Hopefully, we will have a couple other varietals as we finish extracting the remaining honey. Stay tuned.
